Information we'll ask for when you apply

We'll ask you to provide some business details, including:

full business address, including postcode
contact details (landline number, mobile number, email address)
Companies House registration number (for limited companies and partnerships)
your estimated turnover

We'll also need some personal details from you, plus any partners or directors:

full name and date of birth
telephone number and email address
current personal address (and previous address if you've been there under 3 years)
account number (if you already bank with us)
details of your debit/credit cards

Documents you'll need to show us

What we'll need from you to complete your application

After you submit your application, we'll ask to see one item from each of the following two lists (plus the same for any other beneficial owners and/or principal controllers).

Your identity:

your current passport
your current UK photocard driving licence
your current UK driving licence (old paper style)
your current national Identity Card

Your address:

a current bank or building society statement or passbook
a utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas or water, but not mobile phone) showing proof of payment
a local authority or council tax bill valid for current year
